Draft of law on social housing Approval by the end of 2016. It should start working from 2017.
Who should benefit from it Low income groups of people: without housing or in threat of losing housing living in inadequate housing conditions who have inadequate housing costs (over 40% of household income)

Types of apartments Crisis housing – for max. 6 months Social housing – standard appartment, but to ive here, you have to cooperate woth social worker Available flat - apartment for reduced rent, intended for permanent housing.
What is next The person will receive a tenancy for a fixed term for 2 years, 1 year will be tested income, and if they exceed a certain level, the rent will increase by 15%. Rent of apartment can be extended. After 4 years of living at a reduced rent, the rent increases to fair market value, and the person can continue to live there until his income does not rise above the level prescribed by law. Then he has to move into normal rented flat.
