  8. סןרןקה 3 21.04.09 • מסתבר : • חולה מוכר מספר שנים כסובל מאנמיה וזקוק לעירויי דם חוזרים • טיפול ב-B12 , folic acid לא הועיל מה שמעלה את הסבירות ל-MDS • סרב בדיקת מח עצם לצורך אישור או שלילת MDS. טופל ב-EGF ו-G-CSF • באישפוז נוכחי (משטח הדם הנוכחי) – staph. Aureus bacteremia • הסבר ללויקופניה , לסטיה שמאלה, ללויקואריטרובלסטוזיס. • נוכחות cold agglutinins לא נבדקה.
