  1. Importance Of UPS And EMS UPS and EMS are very important tools for a company or organization for smooth running of work and business.UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) is a very useful device that helps in giving a battery backup and emergency power supply in case there is no electricity or power. It puts an instant stoppage to power interruptions and this helps in running a computer and other telecommunication devices uninterrupted without the need of a power supply. This prevents loss of data and fatalities that occur when electricity or power goes off. EMS (Environmental Monitoring System) helps in the decrease of environmental impact by a company. The system is designed for buildings and products used for running of a business. While choosing the right UPS for work or office use, one must pay attention to some points. The UPS should be having an energy saving mode. It should have a low harmonic distortion. Choose a UPS that is easy to maintain and has a high efficiency. Also, it will be highly advantageous if it occupies less space and has a compact built and construction. UPS is a source of alternative power only for a short time. It can help in solving many types of problems like sudden increase in voltage and fluctuations that cause overvoltage. If there is less voltage, the UPS provides power in that case. Noise and oscillations caused by other equipments in the vicinity are reduced by using a UPS. Besides this, the UPS also fights the problems of harmonic distortions and unstable mains frequency. The EMS is a system to reduce environmental impact on each building used by a company for its work. A master document is made for reviewing the system in multiple buildings to

  2. help in viewing the whole system in all buildings together in one place. For the purpose of an effective EMS, many types of products and technologies are used. It includes the use of products like the disposable air monitoring cassettes, mold check swabs, mold tape slides, lead and metal cassettes and asbestos air monitoring cassettes. It is important to check and review the EMS (Environmental Monitoring System) at regular intervals. It will help in making necessary adjustments and improvements if needed. Thus, it is a type of cyclic system. To use the system, first identify the type of environmental impact that the operations in your company makes. After that, decide on the ways to correct that. Besides this, it is also important to analyse the effectiveness of changes made and find if any further changes are needed or not. Thus, both EMS and UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) are important technologies for a company or business. Summary: UPS is an important source of alternate power in case of a power failure or no electricity. Choose a good UPS with that saves energy, occupies less space and easy to maintain. EMS is another useful technology that helps in reducing the impact on the environment by a company. Regular adjustments and improvements are needed to continue running it effectively.
