  11. Sharing Experience - Create a team The internal resistance can be as strong as the external You knew/liked your customers, can you just carry on as if nothing has happened? Shared Services is a culture your team (the one you inherited) may not want. WIIFM (what’s in it for me)?

  14. Explore - Shared Services Shared Services – what is it? HR Shared Service – what is it? Why would you create an HR Shared Service? A shared system, will not create a shared service. What works and what doesn't?
