  1. DS Kulkarni Granted Bail by Supreme Court, His Counsellor Advocate Aashutosh Srivastava Becomes a National Sensation! The Supreme Court has granted bail to Deepak Sakharam Kulkarni famously known as DSK after hearing the bail plea challenging the Bombay High Court's order (August 2021) in connection with the Rs 2,043 crore investors’ fraud case. A Supreme Court bench consisting of Honorable Justices SA Nazeer & JK Maheshwari in their order stated, “Rahul Chitnis, learned counsel appearing for the State of Maharashtra, has filed a counter affidavit and opposed the grant of bail. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the record, we are of the view that the petitioner be released on bail. Most notably, the trial is not initiated in the matter.” The supporting arguments submitted by Advocate Aashutosh Srivastava highlighting critical details in regards to the due legal procedures followed in this case were accepted by the Honorable bench.
