To maintain your Pneumatic Screwdriveroperating at an optimum level, specific maintenance actions should be carried out at normal intervals, based on time or tool use.  • Weekly Maintenance Actions: • Driver inspects the condition of the air hoses and also links. • Driver inspects device suspension and also torque response parts. • Driver guarantees the lubricator is functioning properly (if relevant) which the device is properly oiled. • Cycle Maintenance Actions: • Check housing, baseplate, outlet, as well as socket bushings for device, gear, and also clutch elements. Replace any kind of worn or damaged elements. • Lubricate equipment head and also angle head gears with Chevron Oil Co. Chevron SR-1 or equivalent. • Examine the clutch and also change any worn elements. • Examine the valves and seals, then change any kind of worn parts. • Take apart the gear instance, output, and also motor. Examine all components for wear, problems, or damage. Change any worn, faulty, or harmed components, as well as change the electric motor bearings.
