The NPPES Website Online Enumeration Process • https://nppes.cms.hhs.gov/NPPES/StaticForward.do?forward=static.npistart Health care providers can apply for an NPI on the NPPES website linked above.   5. Taxonomy Codes The majority of the questions asked for NPI enumeration are provider specific.
