Steps 6 & 7 of the Christian “12 Steps” “We are entirely ready to have God remove all of our defects of character.” “We humbly ask God to remove all of our shortcomings.”
“Hunger” • a craving or urgent need • for food or a specific nutrient. • an uneasy sensation or • a weakened condition • brought about by a lack of food. • an ardent desire or strong • yearning for a specific object

As we dig alongside God and look at our behaviors: • Some can Stay • Some need • Altered • Some need • Removed • Completely
Very often, the root of our sinful habits and hurts are deepercharacter defects and unmet needs.
When we address the deeper issues, our more superficial habits and defects go away much easier.
Remember: We Can Trust That God Won’t Ask To Remove Anything That We Need!
