  4. USGBC Story to LEED EB • Government Action of the past • Market driven action of recent history • USGBC created in mid 90’s • 2000 1st certification w/ LEED NC • Continual Expansion to different construction facets • LEED EB is the O&M facets, fits facility management

  5. Look at Leadership • Comment on key words found repeatedly in the LEED EB reference guide • Plug on if LEED EB is going to work, there will need to be buy in on the key ideals set by the reference guide, or tasks will become too cumbersome

Handling future technologies • Sustainable Progress • Ask your group what is sustainable progress • Define goals base off the discussion • Judge your services and company services to these goals • Begin to make a difference and repeat process through time • Quick example of how it worked for me
