Audit Objectives • Objectives: • To create a Strategic Approach to sourcing and managing external funding for the Council • To examine areas of the Council’s activity that are eligible for funding and recommend key priority bids • To identify areas of match funding that can be used, and tactics that can be used to maximise this • To evaluate existing relationships with partner organisations and make recommendations for new ones • To explain the conditions and risks attached to relevant funding sources • To understand the resources currently available within the organisation with regard to external funding • To develop an implementation plan for the next two years and recommend a tailored package of support
