Bihar Assembly Speaker Vijay Kumar Singh on Tuesday pummeled the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MLAs for purportedly restricting him to his chamber inside the council building premises and said that the occurrence is condemnable. "The present occurrence is condemnable. All individuals from the Assembly should regard the constitution. This is a difficult issue," Singh told ANI.
