  18. What do we need? One-stop shopping vs. sorting through several weather forecast providers and draw an instinctive conclusion.

  19. Why do we need it? • Planning of arrival/departure rates • Managing of ATC System via TMI’s* • *GS, GDP, AFP, MIT, time-based metering, etc. • Distribution of resources • Staffing • Equipment
