  4. Future State • Each Club has their own site • Each sports team has their own site • Increase communication among students and parents

  5. Club SharePoint Sites • Club Location • New “BK CLUBS” tab on Home page • Each club would have a link to their page from CLUB tab • On BK CLUB site would be links to each club’s site Add BK CLUBS tab Similar to this

  8. Site Content • Sites would be administered by Jim Gilmore with Mr. McDermott’s oversight • Gilmore would mentor student, faculty, and/or parent site owners • Use by group to fit their needs • Announcements • Practice calendars • Schedule group meetings • Photos • Projects • etc

  9. Additional Benefits • Leverage site content • Yearbook photos • BKHS.org content • Promote organizations to other students • Build BK community spirit!
