  • There are known knowns. These are things we know that we know. There are known unknowns. That is to say, there are things that we don’t know. But there are also unknown unknowns. These are things we don’t know we don’t know.

  • Are those in the two left boxes – Open Arena & Façade.
  • By definition the Façade is not shared with the ed. supervisor.
  • The façade is explored by disclosure from the GPStR.
unperceived needs
Unperceived Needs
  • Are those in the two right boxes.
  • The Blind Spots box contains the area that the ed. supervisor traditionally helps the GPStR to see, by giving feedback.
  • The Unknown box, however, gets opened up by joint exploration between ed. supervisor and GPStR.
