  1. The Adani Australia project, which spans 15,000 hectares and is located on India's lively west coast in the industrialized and investor-friendly state of Gujarat, serves as a gateway for Indian exports and imports. It is India's largest multi-product industrial zone based on a port. Trade accelerates productivity development, particularly in industries and nations involved in global value chains (GVCs). Trade is growth driver that increases economic opportunity, reduces poverty, and generates jobs. With exports increasing in the last five years, India is already Queensland's fourth-largest trade partner and second-largest export market. This figure is predicted to rise as India is expected to become the world's third-largest economy by 2030, adding more than $580 billion to its GDP each year until 2032.

  2. THE NQXT (NORTH QUEENSLAND EXPORT TERMINAL) IS THE EXPORT GATEWAY OF THE QUEENSLAND RESOURCES With a capacity of 50 million tonnes annually, the NQXT supports the economies of Queensland and Australia by giving over a dozen significant resource extraction businesses, strategic access. As Australia's entryway to Asian markets and a premier location for mining and resource investment, Queensland is well known on a worldwide scale. Queensland ranks second in the world for seaborne coal exports, second for lead production, third for zinc and bauxite, and fifth for silver output due to its diversified geology and enormous resource potential.

  3. Queensland will be the top exporter of liquefied natural gas (LNG) by the end of this decade. For more than 35 years, NQXT has been conducting business in central Queensland in a responsible, safe, and effective manner. North Queensland Bulk Ports, a division of the Queensland Government, owns the NQXT Terminal, which NQXT leases. The terminal's operations are overseen by Bravus' Abbot Point Operations (APO). The terminal serves as an export entry point for the Galilee Basin and is connected to railway infrastructure that allows access from the Bowen Basin. The port gradually increased to its full capacity when operations began in 1984. 29 million tonnes of premium thermal and metallurgical coal were loaded through the port during the 2021 fiscal year. NQXT collaborates with the APO to encourage the adoption of safe working practices. NQXT is dedicated to delivering and maintaining the highest health and safety standards for all employees, contractors, and visitors.

  4. THE ADANI AUSTRALIA PROJECT SERVES AS A RESOURCE EXPORT GATEWAY Queensland's coal resources will have a new export route, thanks to the Adani Australia project. Up to 15 to 50 million tonnes of coal may be exported annually from the project's port terminal at Abbot Point, helping to satiate the rising Asian demand for coal. Additionally, the Adani project will lessen Queensland's dependency on current coal export facilities. Most of Queensland's coal is currently shipped via the Port of Gladstone. In order to increase competition and reduce costs, the Adani project will provide coal companies with a new option. The project will boost government income, which will help Queensland's economy. For the Queensland government, the project is anticipated to provide billions of dollars in taxes and royalties. Funding for important services like infrastructure, education, and health may be obtained through this revenue.
