  2. The Adani Group has recently pledged to invest INR 2,000 crore for India’s largest Skill and Employee initiative. This is going to be a part of the INR 10,000 crore social donation which the Adani Group had announced earlier. The company has also announced an INR 6,000 crore investment towards building Adani Health Cities in partnership with the US-based Mayo Clinic. With the recent investment, the Adani Group aims to trigger skills development. This will help the people of India gain employment opportunities for themselves. Their lives will also change for the better. This move will also put a stopper to the allegations of Adani Shell Companies.

Adani’s Decision To Make Huge Investments In The Educational Sector: • In an attempt to create a talent pool of industry-specific workers, the Adani Group has recently partnered with the ITE Education Services of Singapore. This has been done to build a skilled talent pipeline for attending to the needs of various industries from different spectrums including manufacturing, green energy, ports, airports, defence, etc. For the fulfilment of this goal, the Adani Group will be donating over INR 2,000 crore to establish international benchmark schools which will equip people with the necessary skills so that they can find employment opportunities for themselves.

The global conglomerate has also made the decision towards investing INR 6,000 crore towards building Adani Health Cities in collaboration with the US-based Mayo Clinic. With these extraordinary initiatives, the Adani Group aims to impact the lives of the people of India. It will also be able to bring a halt to the controversies of Adani Shell Companies which have been ongoing for a significant amount of time now.

Various Developments To Be Made In The Educational Sector: • Gautam Adani, the chairman of the Adani Group, has recently announced that the company is launching the world’s largest state-of-the-art finishing school at Mundra in Gujarat. This is again a part of the Skill and Employee initiative. The advanced facilities will blend AI-driven immense learning with cutting-edge innovation centres. The learning initiative will annually train over 25,000 learners. The initiative will help accelerate the ‘Make in India’ movement. The learners will be fresh graduates and diploma holders with technical and vocational qualifications from Polytechnics or ITIs. They will be selected for an intensive boot camp experience within the schools. • These finishing schools will be called Adani Global Skills Academy. They will select students from vocational and technical education backgrounds in India. The jobs will align with their roles and industrial aspirations. Once the students acquire the necessary certifications in their field of study, they will be offered employment opportunities within the Adani Group as well as the broader industry depending on their field of training and their job role. This will ensure that the professionals are industry-ready and they are also benchmarked to the global standards of experience. The people of India will also be able to regain faith in the Adani Group’s business ventures post the controversies of Adani Shell Companies.
