  1. Click on the video below to learn about the African Gorilla. Watch for any adaptations the Gorilla may have to help it survive in it’s environment. When the video concludes, click to play part one of “What Adaptations Do You See”.

  2. What Adaptations Do You See? Match Column A with Column B Directions: Use your white board to record your answers. When you have finished matching the columns on your board, single click to the next slide to check your answers. You receive 5 Points for every correct answer. Keep track of your points in the upper left hand corner of your white board. When you whip your board for the next question, be sure not to erase your points box. Column B 5- This protects the Gorilla from biting insects. 6- This allows Gorilla’s to handle small objects and securely hold their infants.  7- This allows the Gorilla to be excellent climbers, able to obtain fruit from tall trees. 8- This allows the Gorilla to eat close to home in the Forest, since it is densely populated with plants and trees.
