Expectations • Safety • Every One is a safety officer • If you see something…say something! • Attendance • You’re Required to attend all scheduled practices and games. • Exceptions: Extra help for school work, Drivers Ed, cleared exceptions through the AD’s office. • If you are missing practice for academic reason: • You must notify the coaching staff via email prior to the practice with what subject and the teacher’s name you are working with. • The coaching staff will be following up with the teachers to verify. • Practices (indoor / outdoor) • Come prepared in appropriate athletic attire and no Jewelery. • Come motivated • BE on time to be on time is to be late; to early is to be on time! • INDOOR Practice: we can not occupy the space until it is our specified time. Wait out side of the gym in either the lockerroom hall way or the hall way to the main building. • Games • Come prepared: it is your responsibility to come prepared to play. This includes hair ties, sunblock , bug spray. • The coach has your covered but they cant cover the whole team. • Players are expected to be ready to play / warmup 30 minutes prior to any contest. • ARRIVE 45 MINUTES PRIOR TO START OF THE GAME AND THERE WILL BE NO ISSUES. • Away games will follow the prescribed release time from the AD’s Office.

Communication Policy / Plan • Communication From Coaches: • Majority of regular communication will be through email. • will have the entire coaching staff included in the CC line of the email. • Major topic or changes that apply to every one in the program (coaches , players , parents) will be sent via email and through Big Teams (Fan accounts through Lebanonraiders.org). • Communication from a player: • You will CC another member on the coaching staff. At no time will you individually email a single coach on any matters. • There will be no sending of images or videos to a single coach. All communications will be sent to the coaching staff. • There will be no communications through social media. • There will be no text messaging 1 on 1 between a coach and a player. • Only in case of an emergency will you use text message to communicate and you will include another member of the coaching staff in the message at a minimum

Schedule • Practice • Indoors: will follow the indoor schedule published by the AD’s office • Outdoors: • Single team 315pm to 515pm • JV and Varsity team • JV 315pm to 515pm • Varsity 415pm to 615pm • If this does not provide a conducive practice environment then varsity will move its practice later in the day and JV will move up. . • Saturdays will be optional for all players • Games • Players • Events

Injury Reporting • All and Any type of injury will be documented and submitted to the proper office • AD’s Office • Athletic Trainer • Nurse • If you are injured and you seek medical attention after the fact: • YOU MUST PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION • If you are on restriction you can not come off until the athletic trainer receives documentation and you are approved.

Schedule • 3/14 Parent Player Meeting • 3/18 First Practice, Official start of the season • 3/25 59 minute fundraiser • 3/26 to 3/29 Player evaluations (if needed an additional day will be added to complete evaluation, 3/30) • 3/28 Picture day • 4/8 First game vs Manchester West (Home) • 5/22 Last scheduled game vs Stevens High School (Home / Seniors Night) • 5/23 Uniform Turn In, LHS cafeteria (IF WE DO NOT GO TO PLAY-OFFS), Date is TBD if we make the play-offs.) • 5/31 Season Celebration and Award Ceremony (IF WE DO NOT GO TO PLAY-OFFS), Date is TBD if we make the play-offs.) Summary of Season: • 32 practices • 16 games (8 home / 8 away) • 48 total days.
