Within 15 seconds he knew it was a major repair that would cost $800 to $900 and, in his opinion, would not be worth it for us. He gave us his recommendation for the best front-loading washer to buy. We appreciated both his honesty and his opinion on what to buy. He also told us that we have 30 days to change our mind and decide to repair it, and that the service fee we paid would go toward the cost of the repair. Nearby, Appliance Works, was quite professional and knowledgeable in the repair of my washer. He immediately located the problem and within 30 minutes I was on my way back to my laundry. Riley informed me as to what the issue was and apologized that I had that bad experience of no washer for a few days. Further, Riley commented that if I had any further problems, for me to contact him and he would be more than glad to come back out and assist me in my time of need. A very respectful and kind individual. These are the type of employees everyone should employ.
