  1. Back Care Awareness Week Runs From October 4th to 8th At Acubody, we are taking great interest in Back Care Awareness Week running from Monday October 4th to October 8th. This year it is focusing on working from home, studying at home, and spending more time at home, because many people have been doing one or more of those things as a result of the pandemic.

  2. It has not forgotten those who are still working from offices, factories, schools, colleges, universities, and hospitals too. Back Care Awareness Week 2021 has something for everyone. There are free downloadable booklets and videos to help make everyone more aware of issues which can cause back pain and ways in which preventable back injury can be avoided.   3. BackCare is a national charity and has been running for more than 50 years. As they say: “We have your backs covered”. We believe that it is a very worthy cause at Acubody, because at our clinic in London we see our fair share of people who are suffering from back pain among other things. Acupuncture is aimed at treating the root of a condition and not just the symptoms, by restoring the correct function of the body at the deepest levels. This can make walking difficult, and climbing up and down stairs is challenging.
