  1. Pendulum productions Marketing plan

  2. Social media • Facebook and instagram are already active. We have already passed 100 likes on facebook and are close to 100 follows on instagram. • There is a live go fund me page for fundraising that is also active and accessible through our facebook page. • Wordpress has been made ready for weekly blog posts in the new year. • @pendulumproductionstc

  3. Daily themed posts – Starting 4thFEb • Monday – meet the company monday. We are planning to have headshots of the entire cast and crew before Christmas. These will be released weekly as an introduction to each member. • Tuesday - tune in tuesday. Live streams will go out in our tuesday rehearsals. • Wednesday – we got it from... wednesday. Each week we will post a tribute to one person or film that inspired our piece. • Thursday – think thursday. A company related question will be released each week. • Friday – fun fact friday. This will be the answer to "think thursday". • Saturday – sneak peaksaturday. A video blog with an insight to our rehearsals. • Summary sunday – a blog will be released to summarise our week and let our followers know how we're doing.

  4. When will this happen? • Cast introduction Video’s Will be taken at the end of January ready for the first release with ‘Meet the Company Monday’ • Headshots will be taken by beadebneyAt the End of January for Release in February

Marketing around coventry • Flyers, leaflets and business cards will be produced over the Christmas break and released in February 2019. • Our leaflets will detail the socials and fundraisers that we have planned. • Leaflets and Business Cards will be handed out to the public and business cards will be left at local businesses in February 2019. • Our poster is currently being produced by sarahdoberska and will hopefully be ready in the new year. This will then be displayed around the ellen terry building and around coventry shops in march 2019. • A leaflet drop around Coventry will happen in April and may 2019.

  6. Socials and fundraisers • Pub quiz/bingo- Early April • Monthly bake sale • Monthly film night  • Valentine's day themed social • Open mic night- End of March • Film Character Pub Golf- Early March

  7. Our big fundraiser • In 2019 (probably around april time we aim to hold a concert in collaboration with mts as well as other music students and bands. Ideally we would like to specialize on music from films to fit the theme of our production. • Tickets for this will be released a month in advance on eventbrite and cost £3-£5 each. • This will also act as a good marketing campaign for us and get pendulum productions on the map.

  8. Other releases • The opening song to our piece is in the process of being recorded in collaboration with georgelloyd-okeeffe who has arranged it and vanessastanley who will play the ukelele both live and in the recording. • Our Soundtrack is completely oriinally scored and will be released for purchase in Apriil.

  9. Cinema release • Chloe is currently in talks with majestic cinema in bridgnorth (her hometown) , Nat is in Talks with Showcase Cinema in Coventry, to premier our piece as a film, This will happen in summer 2019. • Separate marketing will happen for this in February 2019. • Flyers and leaflets will be made and released for this in march 2019.
