Thank you for your interest in our upcoming 2013-14 Elegant Wedding Bridal Show season. The Elegant Wedding team is excited to bring the new breed of bridal shows to thousands of couples, their families and friends from all over the surrounding Metro Detroit area.
Booths for the entire day will be $200-$250 and includes an 8’ covered table, 2 chairs, website listing, bridal gift bag inserts, and registered brides list after the event. Throughout the day, we will be entertaining guests with bridal fashion shows, door prizes and raffles, catering sampling, and musical selections by various local artists and DJs.
Vendors are requested to provide items for raffles that will be given out during the day. Vendors wishing to receive additional advertising may participate in the grand prize giveaway as a sponsor (ask your sales executive for more details).
Please take a few minutes to review the enclosed registration form and agreement. By sending your payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Once you are a registered vendor, you will receive a confirmation packet via email, prior to the show. This an exciting opportunity to reach hundreds of area couples. Comparable to other bridal shows, you are saving over $150+, yet still getting a high caliber show. That alone is worth the investment!

Elegant Wedding Bridal Shows, LLC
Elegant Wedding Bridal Shows will be host to this series to showcase the latest in exciting ideas to make any wedding the most elegant and unique.
Brides will be able to: See bridal gown designs up close and meet the designers, Taste samples of delicious wedding cakes & food Taste samples of wines and champagnes, Choose ceremony wedding bands Listen to great live jazz and gospel music, Win prizes and gift bags
Extensive promotion has been planned for the Metro Detroit area through community newspapers, local radio, internet social network sites, website, cable television, internet calendars and complimentary promotional tools will be provided for all signed vendors.
$200-$250/show . All vendors space include 8’ table w/ skirt & 2 chairs.
Additional $25 fee for location near electrical plug or for extra table
Vendors Guidelines and Options: Choice of your floor location from what remains Design booths in your own unique way (if available). You must contribute coupons, product samples or business cards towards gift bags for increased promotion as well, it is requested that you provide a prize giveaway. Door Prize Giveaways Please notify Marian Bickcom in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org to donate a door prize for our door prize giveaways. We will be doing numerous draws throughout the day for these door prizes. All prizes must be provided to The Elegant Wedding Management Team no later than 7 days prior to show date.
Official Sponsor Package Your logo or company image mentioned on all marketing & promotional mediums including circulars, periodicals, radio, television & internet ads as official sponsor. Up to 90 days of mall marketing Fee: $5000 (please see separate Sponsor package for full details).
A non-refundable deposit of $125 is due immediately to secure your space for any show. Full payment for participation is due 30 days prior to show date. Payments must be received no later than the above mentioned timeframe. We cannot guarantee reserved booth space for payments received beyond the date above.

Payments must be received no later than the above mentioned timeframe. We cannot reserve booth space for payments received beyond the timeframe above.
Elegant Wedding Management will do our best not to place competing booths adjacent or opposite each other , however we cannot guarantee this and therefore cannot be held liable if this occurs. Please also note that our Elegant Wedding Management team will attempt to accommodate the Exhibitor’s request for specific booths and efforts will be made to allocate space on basis of what is fair to all exhibitors. However no guarantees can be made. Exhibit spaces will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Our Elegant Wedding Management team reserves the rights to relocate space of exhibits, which may be affected by change in the floor plan, or in the interest of optimum traffic control and exhibit exposure. Exhibits shall be arranged to not obstruct the general view or hide the exhibits of others. Vendors may be photographed and/or filmed for advertising purposes. The Exhibitor acknowledges that he/she is not contracting for a specific booth(s), but rather for the right to participate

Exhibit Set-Up/Take Down
All exhibits must be set up between 8am - 11:00am. No major changes to displays are permitted during public show hours. By under no circumstances will children 15 years of age or younger be permitted in the exhibit area during move-in, set-up, tear down, or move-out. Exhibitors will not close or start taking down booths until 4pm or otherwise designated by Show Producers. Vendors in violation of this may be charged an early exit fee of $100. Failure to set up during set up times will result in forfeit of both space and booth fee. Any vendors arriving after 11:00a may not be permitted to bring supplies into the show and will forfeit booth fee. Any vendor that does not stay set up until end of show will be charged a fee of $100 for violation of show rules.

Common Show Areas
All lobbies, corridors, aisle ways, restrooms, show rooms and jazz lounge will be considered as common show areas to be used for the movement and flow of the public and/or for their entertainment and convenience. No Exhibitor will be permitted to use these areas for the display or distribution of products, services or their attendant literature. No outside companies that are not registered as exhibitors will be invited or permitted to solicit public.
No Outside alcoholic beverages or Smoking will be permitted anywhere on any venue property. No personal food source of ANY kind will be allowed in the exhibit hall unless prior consent. Water stations will also be provided. If you are a catering company or are serving samples from your booth to guests, please ensure management is made aware in advance. Vendor Initials _____

Refunds will not be issued to any booths from loss of booth space/removal from the show due to non-payment, late payment, illegal activities, misconduct and failure to abide by show rules and regulations, low/no attendance cancellation of show due to acts of GOD, misrepresentation of your business, products and/or services
LIABILITY & INSURANCE
Elegant Wedding Management shall not, under any circumstances whatsoever, be liable or responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or destruction whatsoever or howsoever caused to any goods, equipment or any other property belonging to the Exhibitor or for which the Exhibitor is responsible b) any damage or injury suffered by the Exhibitor or his/her servants or agents or by any other person c) any loss, damage or expense whatsoever suffered by the Exhibitor by reason of chance in date, time or place of the exhibition or the abandonment of thereof. the Exhibitor shall be liable for all loss, damage, injury, claim costs and expenses whatsoever or howsoever caused to any person or property in any circumstance whatsoever by the Exhibitor, servants, or agents or he goods, exhibits, fittings, machinery and other property belonging to the Exhibitor for which the Exhibitor is responsible and the Exhibitor herby agrees to indemnify Elegant Wedding Management & The Marriott Hotels in respect of a) any such loss, damage, injury, claims, costs expenses as foresaid. Exhibitors wishing to insure their goods must do so at their own expense.
