  3. It’s a 3-month supply of meals your family eats on a Regular Basis

  4. It also includes a 3-month supply of household & bathroom supplies you use on a Regular Basis

  5. How do we create our own Prepared Pantry?

  6. First, you need to create your Master Menu Ingredient List, which becomes your Master Shopping List

  7. Determine your family’s top 25 meals • (include breakfast, lunch and dinner) • Enter your family’s recipes in Chapter 9 of this Preparedness for Life Series Cookbook • Drag-n-drop your recipes into the Menu Planner (four meals per day to create a 28 meal master list) • Print your new Master Menu Ingredient/ Shopping List Use your space bar To navigate this slide

  8. Next, you need figure out what supplies you should have and how much you need for Your Family

You most likely know how much household and bathroom supplies your family uses on a regular basis • Start watching sales for those products and stock up when it’s a “great” deal • Build up enough for at least three months • Tip: You can easily get a year’s supply of items like toothpaste or deodorant in one trip for FREE just by watching sales!
