  4. PeopleTools Upgrade 8.53 • Testing completed by Jan 27th • Testing environment is HADHSTG 8.53.02 • Production Go-Live Friday, Feb 7th @ 5pm • Post Go-Live system validation begins Saturday when CMS is completed

  5. TouchNet Upgrade • Upgrade PSConnect in TouchNet 5.0 Jan 13th • Upgrade TouchNet test environment to 6.5 Jan 14th – 24th • Acceptance testing Jan 24th – 25th • Upgrade TouchNet 6.5 production Feb 25th

  6. CFS 9.2 Upgrade • Data validation and system testing in progress • Check testing to begin soon • Upgrade Production Apr 25th • Post Go-Live system validation - TBD

  7. Other Project Updates • CHRS • Duplicate ID’s (HECH) • Data Cleanup (HR) • Absence Management • Go-Live date revised to Mar 2014 • Data Warehouse • Received first dashboard for review • Complete dashboards in development by end of Jan
