  3. Present situation • 6 regional consortia • (40 universities, 60% out of the whole) • The aggregatorsestablish virtual consortia where there are no regional ones • Ministry of Education’s help for the ISI-WoS license

  7. Nationwide licenses • Difficulties • Regional financing of universities • No state money • Licenses expire in different years • Different approaches (p+e or e!) • Distance and difficultymeet frequently • Mistrust (?)
