  2. Your Voice Mail User ID is your 5-digit phone number. • Use the temporary PIN 2010for this procedure. Take Note

  3. Dial 2-7777 on your NEC or Cisco phone. • When prompted, enter the temporary PIN 2010, press #. Enroll Step 1

  4. Follow the voice prompts to record your name. (Record an optional greeting message.) • Follow the prompts to enter a personal PIN. Enroll Step 2

  5. The system will confirm your enrollment. • Return to voice mail and change these options any time. Try it! Call yourself from another phone and leave a test message. Complete

  6. Dial 2-7777. • Enter your personal PIN, press #. • Follow the voice prompts. Try it! Call to test your PIN and hear the message you recorded. Tips: Press 1 for new messages. Press 3, 1 for saved messages. Press 7 to delete a message. Press # to jump to end of message. Listen to Voice Mail

  7. Dial your KSU phone number. • When voice mail answers, press *. • Enter your 5-digit phone number, then #. • Enter your PIN, then #. • Follow the voice prompts. Try it! Call from your cell phone and listen to the message. Get Voice Mailfrom Other Phones
