  5. What is Burnout? • Symptoms? • Chronic fatigue/low energy • Irritability/negative attitude • Inflexibility/indecisive

  6. How to overcome burnout? • List priorities. Schedule yourself to do less. • Set goals that are achievable. • Compartmentalize by focusing on one job at a time. • Make changes in you job routine. • Schedule fun. • Listen to your body!!! • Develop a detached concern.

  7. Manageing time • Set priorities with your time. • Keep an intermittent time log. • Plain daily, intermediate, and long term goals. • Keep a to-do list. • Plan activities. • Schedule your time realistically. • Improve communication skills. • Make big projects manageable. • Balance personal and professional life. • Organize your physical space. • Control interruptions and be willing to say “NO”.
