  2. To access SMTS: Open your internet explorer web browser and type-in: https://supportweb.sscno.nmci.navy.mil/arsys/ SMTS is the preferred method of submitting trouble calls. RSUPPLY Trouble Call Phone Number Is: (757) 443-0417 – Comm 646-0417 - DSN Another way of submitting trouble call is through Navy 311, However, SPAWAR is not actively monitoring these calls: http://navy311.navy.mil

  3. Enter your email address.. Leave ‘Password’ blank… then select ‘Accept Below & Continue’ button to continue

  4. Select “OK” Button to continue.

  5. Select SMTS: Fleet Trouble Calls

  6. Select “New Request” then Enter all required information in POC Tab... then select ‘Problem’ tab to continue. Please describe the problem in detail.

  7. Enter the following Problem Information (Select dropdown ‘Menu’ where available. Do not type-in on these fields): 1.Product Name, Release #, Class, Short Description, Description, Sub-system, User Impact. 2. Click Add Button to upload useful attachments to help troubleshoot NTCSS issues. 3. Click “SAVE” to send trouble call.

  8. TROUBLE CALL NUMBER IS ASSIGNED AFTER USER CLICKS THE SAVE BUTTON. TO RETRIEVE THE NEWLY ASSIGNED TROUBLE CALL (TC) NUMBER: • GO BACK IN SUPPORTWEB, SELECT “POINT OF CONTACT” TAB AND DO A SEARCH BY TYPING THE USER’S “POC LAST NAME” THEN SELECT “SEARCH” BUTTON; • FIND THE NEWLY SUBMITTED TROUBLE CALL (TC) AND WRITE DOWN THE TC NUMBER FOR YOUR RECORD; OR • IF AN EMAIL ADDRESS HAVE BEEN PROVIDED, THE CALL NUMBER WILL BE SENT TO THE REQUESTING INDIVIDUAL FOR TRACKING PURPOSES.
