Fertility Tech, Inc History • Fertility Tech, Inc. is a Nevada Corporation. • Fertility Tech, Inc. is a small family owned and operated company with the ability to make swift decisions. • Fertility Tech. Inc. holds all patents and rights to the OvaTel Ovulation Monitor. • Fertility Tech Inc. was incorporated in Nevada on October 8, 2002. It was in 1997 that OvaTel was created and brought to the US. It took many years for the FDA to clear the Saliva Based Ovulation Test, and once the FDA cleared OvaTel we where able to market in the US. • We are dedicated to the success of OvaTel and have never lost sight of our goals. • Fertility Tech, Inc. currently holds the following government registrations and clearances: • European CE mark • USA FDA Clearance • Brazilian ANVISA Clearance • Russian Ministry of Health Authorization • Vietnam Ministry of Health Authorization • Australia (application in progress) • Mexico (application to begin shortly)

OvaTel Technical Overview • What is OvaTel? • OvaTel is an over-the-counter saliva ovulation mini-microscope. • OvaTel is reusable and does not need any additional parts. • OvaTel is a complete system for identifying the most fertile days of a woman’s cycle using a direct saliva sample. These fertile days are detected through the observation of distinctive crystallization or ferning patterns seen through the mini-microscope. • The test is self-administered and is completely portable. • The system requires no reagents nor specific storage conditions, can be performed with relative ease and results may be interpreted within approximately 5 minutes of saliva application.

OvaTel Technical Overview • How to use OvaTel? • Using OvaTel correctly is of the utmost importance. • If used correctly, OvaTel is 98% accurate in detecting a woman's ovulation period. • Using as many pictures/drawings as possible in your instruction booklet works best when trying to explain how to use OvaTel. Most Important OvaTel Instructions: 1. Place a pin drop amount of a saliva sample in the CENTER of the lens. (Pin drop amount : Actual size 2mmx2mm is the amount needed) 2. Clean Saliva (2 hours after eating, not first thing in the morning) 3. Wait 5 to 10 minutes for saliva to dry completely.4. Focus the lens so you can see clearly. (New OvaTel will be Fixed Focus)5. Look through the lens and interpret results. When translating and creating your instruction manual please use specific words that describe exactly what is needed. Keep phrases short and to the point. Research shows that phrases that use between 4 to 6 words are read and understood by the customer. Customers tend to skip over phrases that use more then 6 words.

  7. 3. OvaTel Technical Overview • How to interpret “ferning.” • During your fertile period, because of estrogen surges, salt crystals appear in the saliva and cervical mucus. When viewed under a microscope, these crystals resemble fern leaves. • Interpreting your results can be a little difficult for some. When a woman uses OvaTel for the first time they can feel a little discouraged when they don’t know or understand what they are looking for. • Explaining the following to women is very beneficial: OvaTel is a mini-microscope and some people who have never used a microscope before may find it a bit challenging at first -- Don’t give up!  It may take some time to get used to looking through it, but if you keep trying, you will eventually get it right. • Adding many pictures of the different stages either to the website or instruction booklet will help woman with a better understand of what they are supposed to see. • Train your customer service representatives on how to properly use OvaTel and teach them how to explain to customers in a clear and simple way how they too can use OvaTel.

OvaTel Technical Overview • The science behind the “Saliva Ferning Phenomenon.” • There has been a lot of studies done that prove that the Saliva Ferning method is accurate. • Attached you will find all the supporting documentation that proves this method to be valid. • There will be a time when some might challenge this research or show other studies that say the Saliva Ferning method is not preferable. We believe that these such studies where not conducted efficiently. Many of these studies where conducted in a manner where the women was asked to use a mini-microscope at home and write down their findings and return the results once a month to the doctor. Many of these women where not shown how to properly use the mini-microscope and interpret the results, which in turn, resulted in inaccurate findings.

OvaTel Technical Overview • OvaTel Development and Improvements. • The OvaTel team has been working hard for the last 12 months to find ways to improve the user friendliness of the OvaTel mini-microscope. • We are currently working with a Lens Engineer and Product Development company that has over 50 years experience in Lens development field. We are a few weeks away from receiving our first prototype that we believe will solve many of our user complaints. • OvaTel version 3.0 improvements: • Larger eye piece (a larger eye piece will make women feel more comfortable using OvaTel) • Light disruption (the new lens will allow for much more light to travel through the lens which will render a better image of the saliva) • Fixed focus (a fixed focus lens will remove the need to focus) • Possible Eye cup (customers will rest their eye in the eye cup and will no longer need to try to figure out where to place their eye) • What does OvaTel 3.0 mean for MIVA? • OvaTel will be the First Saliva ovulation mini-microscope to have a completely new redesigned lens. 85% of our competitors use the exact same lens and we all share the same customer complaints. OvaTel will be the first to completely redesign the lens structure to eliminate those customer complaints.

OvaTel Marketing Guidelines • Product positioning: Indications, Target Markets. • Indications: OvaTel can be used in several different ways. • One is to use OvaTel as an ovulation monitor. • Two is to use OvaTel as a Cycle monitor following the Cycle Diary method. • Three is to use OvaTel as a pregnancy test. (Clinical Trials still pending) • Target Markets • All women who want to become pregnant should use OvaTel. • All women who are having difficulties conceiving. • All women in child baring years should use OvaTel to chart they cycle doing so may indicate possible health problems.

OvaTel USA market survey says the following approach should be positive: • 120 second DRTV (Direct Response TV Commercial) • Distribution in pharmacies and local stores. • The advantage of this marketing strategy is to create “Product Awareness” which is very important. • We have found that the most cost effective method is through DRTV commercials (cost + SH charges = $x.xx) with OvaTel available in pharmacies at the same price of (cost + SH). • Along with weekly press releases to all women magazines and local health news channels. • Please read the (Marketing 2009) attached presentation.

  16. 4. OvaTel Marketing Guidelines • Objection Management: • There may be a time when doctors and patient will have objections about OvaTel. All of the attached documentation such as “The Phenomenon of Ferning,” “The clinical trials,” and our FAQ will answer most of their concerns. • If you ever come across some questions of concerns that are not covered in the documentation provided please contact Camie Gontier at camie@ovatel.com and we will respond to those concerns.

OvaTel Marketing Guidelines • Marketing efforts that have Not worked • Over the years OvaTel has tried several different marketing approaches and we would not recommend the following: • When first launching OvaTel we do not recommend spending much time trying to educate Doctors, and trying to have them recommend OvaTel to their patients. We suggest educating the customer directly. • We do not recommend selling OvaTel only via Internet. Incorporating both online store and retail stores will work best. • Do not spend much money on Pay Per Click online advertising. We suggest only spending on Google PPC and being on the bottom middle of the first page is sufficient.
