Qatar National Research Fund (QNRF) Established in August 2006, QNRF is the sole Research Funding Agency in Qatar Vision: • QNRF acts as a catalyst for expanding and diversifying the country's economy • Enhancing the education of its citizens and the training of its workforce • Fostering improvements in human health and well-being, environment, and security of its own people and those of the region. • Mission: • QNRF advances knowledge and education by supporting original, competitively selected research in Natural Sciences, Engineering, Health Sciences, AgriculturalSciences, Social Sciences and Humanities. It provides opportunities for researchers at all levels, from students to professionals, in public and private sectors.
