Minimum Redeployment Items • Minimum Redeployment Requirements: Incoming Aircraft Package • ICODES data file & aircraft load plans • Cargo manifest data file • Shippers Declarations for Dangerous Goods (SDDG) • Cargo Load and Packing lists • Cargo Joint Inspection (DD Form 2133). • Completed by Deploying Unit in conjunction with 732 AMS

Re-Deployment Procedures • 732 AMS will do a 100% Joint Inspection (JI) on all properly manifested cargo to be airlifted. • Shippers Declaration for Hazardous Goods (SDDG) and Cargo Load and Packing Lists will be completed by deployed unit • Cargo must be ready for deployment prior to JI • Locks must be removed from containers or keys must be readily available; provide combination if applicable • User must provide qualified representative(s) during the inspection to answer questions and fix issues • Intransit Visibility (ITV) must be utilized • ITV is a unit responsibility—773 LRS/LGRX can facilitate

  4. Re-Deployment Procedures • Joint Inspections will go smoothly with your cooperation. • Hazardous Cargo shipments • Qualified technical specialist/HAZMAT preparer to certify SDDG. This individual MUST be present during the JI. • Confidential/Sensitive shipments • Cargo Couriers will require appointment letters

  5. Re-Deployment Procedures • All Units MUST- • Be able to self sustain for re-deployment • Have a certified ICODES Load Planner (or provide ICODES file) • Have someone certified to prepare SDDG’s • Aggressively work on fixing re-deployment issues • Be prepared for your Joint Inspection (paperwork, cargo) • Provide a 4-7 person team to process cargo to prepare for the J.I. (team must stay until the J.I. is complete) • Provide a load team to assist 732 in loading cargo aircraft • (Ensure they have safety toe boots, leather gloves, reflective belts and cold weather gear)

  6. Other Information • JBER Air Mobility operating at/over MOG period of 1-4 Apr • Transportation Requests (Pax/Cargo) • Cargo/Pax show times: • Cargo: 4 hours prior to JI • Pax: 3 hours prior to A/C departure
