  1. Harnessing the Power of Your Mind through Yoga Time and again scientific research has proven that Yoga is excellent for boosting brain power. People who practice yoga walk different, eat different, have simpler ideologies in life, look better and simply move different. They’re a cut above the rest in their lifestyle choices and it isn’t just for show. Practising Yoga alters the structure of the mind and opens up new possibilities.
