The test is also used to understand if the employee can be good at coaching or would require coaching in the future. Many have questioned the validity of these tests. However, it is because of the simplicity of the way it provides insight into human nature that makes it very popular in corporations. It reassures us that we are choosing the appropriate candidate to complement the corporation’s culture. This test predicts future behavior and changes in the person’s motivations. It also removes the bias and stereotypical views towards other cultures or aspects, such as gender. It provides a clear insight into the soft skills of a person in addition to the skills provided on paper. The good thing about the tests is that they never judge people by saying they are good or bad. It only acknowledges the differences in behavior and personality traits from individual to individual.
