  2. The business market all over the world has been grown to a whole new level and because of this the level of the competition has raised in every sector of the business market. There are a big majority of people who work hard and bring new ideas to gain success in the market, but from those who fail in achieving their desired goals tend to take revenge from their competition by stealing or leaking the confidential or important information about the companies in the business market. The companies may face a big downfall if the confidential and the important information get leaked in the outer market. Moreover it has been seen that many different companies had to permanently shut down all their projects due to the leaked information in the market.

  3. So there came a situation when people started to steal information about their partners, competitors and different companies to lower them against their organization. Soon this became one of the most dangerous threats to every organization in the business market. How to Protect the Company from this Threat? One can be on the safe side by making the deal on the basis of the NDA. The NDA is known as the Non Disclosure Agreement, this agreement bounds both the parties for not sharing the confidential and important information of the company’s. Without proper authority no one can disclose any of the important information of the company in the local market and if someone tries to break the bond then strict legal action will be taken against him as well as his firm and more over there are rightful punishments for the suspects in our law provision

It defines that what kind of confidential information, data, agreements, business plans, codes and important stats are to be shared between the two companies.2. It bounds both the parties from sharing any of the information in the outer market.3. It also enables the companies to state the specific data and information that can be shared in the business market for generating more business and growth of both the companies.
