The Pugmill mixing unit has heavy duty anti-friction bearings attached to make certain that the system functions smoothly. The corrosion resistant steel plates provide longer life to the mixer unit while keeping it easy to maintain. LINERS: These easily accessible liners, arms, and tips cut down the production time and hence, increase the production rate. The mixed material from the Pugmill is carried into the trucks by a conveyor belt. The discharge end of the conveyor belt is fitted with hydraulic operated surge storage hopper which stores the aggregates and loads it in batches. A computerized filler unit with metering system ensures right proportioning of materials for the mixture. The filler units can be customized for variable speed and synchronization.
