  1. Sitting is the most passive thing that we do regularly. Never sit for prolonged hours to spoil your health. Stand up on your feet and work like a perfect gentleman.

  2. Sitting for prolonged hours weakens our limbs Sitting for prolonged hours can be extremely detrimental for our knee and ankles. While sitting, blood circulates very slowly between the blood vessels of the legs. It sometimes causes blood clot which results in muscular pain. Even, gel between the femur and tibia also swells up which results in arthritis.

  3. Stand up! Get rid of all joint pains Standing causes normal blood circulation through out our all body cells. Hence, it facilitates the adequate distribution of nutrients to all cells. Flexing your legs helps to maintain the mobility of knee joints. To save your back and neck, stand with your posture straight.

  4. To focus more on your work, stand up! While we sit for prolonged hours, Neurons do not send any active signals to the brain. Hence, after Certain intervals of time, we feel sleepy. But , while we are standing, our neurons sends active signals to Brain which keeps us mentally alert. An active mind Will surely help creativities and passions to bloom.
