They need to be recognizable with detectable issues that face a new teacher and what to do if a pre-service teacher- student is experiencing a difficult year, especially with classroom management chiefly.

  4. Mentoring a new teacher is a tricky activity and many, sadly, mentors, are overworked! In many schemes, they are expected to be available to new teachers as generally as possible, even during difficult times such as appraisal and teaching their classes. New teacher mentor responsibilities vary, but usually include: CLASS RULES AND OBJECTIVES
