EL BAROMETRO DEL EMPRENDEDOR DEL EXITO • El Barometro de exito del emprendedor de exito añade a estas cualidades estrella 4 rasgos de personalidad adicionales: • OPTIMISMO: Este rasgo de la personalidad permite a la persona emprendedora juzgar los acontecimientos o las circustancias • GENEROSIDAD: Rasgo de la personalidad que lleva a considerar que el exito debe compartirse con el resto de la sociedad contribuyendo a la creacion de la riqueza • HUMILDAD: Rasgo psicologico que  propicia una actitud autocritica constructiva y de aprendizaje permanente • EQUILIBRIO: Esta cualidad se relaciona con la fortaleza mental y la resistencia emocional
