  2. OPTIMISMO Este rasgo de la personalidad permite a la persona emprendedora juzgar los acontecimientos o las circunstancias en su aspecto másfavorables viendo en un problema una oportunidad.

  3. GENEROSIDAD Rasgo de la persona que lleva a considerar que el éxito debe compartirse con el resto de la sociedad contribuyendo la creación de riquezas y a la mejora de las condiciones de vida de su comunidad.

  4. HUMILDAD Rasgo psicológico que propicia una actitud autocrítica constructiva y de aprendizaje permanente.

  5. EQUILIBRIO Esta cualidad se relaciona con la fortaleza mental la resistencia emocional que permitirá a la persona emprendedora mantener la serenidad en situaciones de tensión, dificultad o crisis.
