  1. Infringements Process- Doogue O’Brien George Infringements are common. People often find themselves with multiple infringements or neglect to pay the fines and infringement debt can escalate quite easily. People often receive infringements for minor traffic or transport breaches. Traffic infringements are not uncommon. This may include speeding, red light, toll, and public transport or sheriff fines. If you receive a fine and fail to pay it by the due date, the fine is escalated in three steps. Firstly, you will receive a Penalty Reminder Notice and be required to pay an additional sum on top of the fine. Secondly, you will receive an Enforcement Order Notice and a further additional payment will be added to the amount. Thirdly, you will receive an Infringement Warrant and there will be a third additional payment added to the original fine amount.
