Artemis 1: A Mission to Explore the Darkside of the Moon

Artemis I is the name given to NASA's Deep Space Exploration Mission's first integrated flight test to the moon. This mission, formerly known as Exploration Mission-1, is the first in a series of increasingly complex missions planned under the Artemis program that will enable human exploration of the Moon and Mars.

  1. Artemis 1: A Mission to Explore the Darkside of the Moon Artemis I is the name given to NASA's Deep Space Exploration Mission's first integrated flight test to the moon. www.ubuy.co.de

  2. This mission, formerly known as Exploration Mission-1, is the first in a series of increasingly complex missions planned under the Artemis program that will enable human exploration of the Moon and Mars. www.ubuy.co.de

  3. Artemis I would be the first uncrewed aircraft of the series that will fly to the moon in the summer of 2022. America plans to send astronauts and robotic explorers to the moon's surface in the future to establish a long-term presence on the moon by the end of the decade. www.ubuy.co.de

  4. Do You Know After How Long? It has been 50 years since the last humans set foot on Earth's satellite. Apollo 17 was the last manned mission of astronauts in December 1972. www.ubuy.co.de

  5. Artemis Program Under this program, Humanity will explore areas of the Moon that have never been visited before. Astronauts will delve deeper and try to extend the capability of human existence on the Moon and human landing systems as well. www.ubuy.co.de

  6. From Where did the Artemis Program get its Name? According to Greek mythology, Artemis is Apollo's twin sister and the goddess of the Moon. She will now pave the way for NASA's efforts to return astronauts to the lunar surface with a new wave of science payloads and technological revolutions. American astronauts will set foot on the Moon's South Pole where no humans have been till now. www.ubuy.co.de

  7. Primary and Secondary Goals The primary operating goal of the mission is to ensure a safe crew module entry, descent, safe landing, and recovery. In addition to sending Orion Spacecraft to the Moon, SLS (Space launch Rocket) will carry ten other small satellites that will conduct science and technology investigations on and around the moon’s surface. www.ubuy.co.de

  8. Secondary goals include: • Artemis I will supposedly lay the groundwork for the space economy, fueling new industries and advanced technologies. www.ubuy.co.de

  9. Men and women are working hard to build Space Exploration Systems that will provide support missions to deep space. This will inspire the upcoming generation to take careers in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). This will support job growth in this segment and increase demand for a skilled workforce as well. www.ubuy.co.de

  10. America is looking forward to collaborating with commercial and international partners to establish a long-term presence on the Moon. • Finally, take a giant leap by sending the first astronauts to Mars. www.ubuy.co.de

  11. On the Moon, We will Investigate • The reservoir of essential resources and water needed for long-term exploration. • Investigate the mysteries about the Moon and its origins. • Find more about the earth and the moon's descendants and the entire solar system. • Learn how to live, survive and operate on the surface of another celestial body. • Improve the technologies and equipment required before sending astronauts to Mars. www.ubuy.co.de

  12. Planned Missions Hopefully, as proposed there will be 10 Artemis missions - • Artemis I (2022) mission will be followed by Artemis II (2024). • Artemis III (2025) and Artemis IV (2026) are in the pipeline. • The landing of astronauts on the lunar surface is scheduled in Artemis V (2027) through Artemis VIII (2030) and beyond. www.ubuy.co.de

  13. When is America Planning to Launch Artemis I? The proposed start date for the program is in the month of August 2022!Is there a future for Humanity on the Moon? Let's wait and watch! www.ubuy.co.de

  14. Explore featured Artemis 1 t-shirts, caps, hats, and other things for men, women, and children online. This would be huge if we could spread the news and assist them in any manner possible. www.ubuy.co.de
