The Hard Times of the Trike Daddy Customs Automobile Industry

Trike Daddy Customs Qualified tips provider. To run an industry, or more specifically, a company operating within an industry, it is a must to gain profits over the products. Profits keep the company's expenses going while leaving enough on the table to meet the future demands. Until and unless the company receives profits on its products, it cannot invest in further endeavors and would probably start falling backwards. The path towards growth and expansion would become rocky and impossible to cross by the company. Hence, the end result would be the company to wind-up its activities or get sold to someone who can make better use of the company.

The practice of automotive recycling is not a new concept but has recently been gaining steam and attention with the ongoing popularity of the Green Movement. This environmentally conscious mindset is focused on reducing waste, reusing what we can and, most relevant, recycling what we cannot. Trike Daddy Customs Best service provider. With the amount of junk or abandoned cars in the United States, we sit in an economically advantageous position as we re-purpose scrap metals and other materials that are simply sitting there waiting to be given new life. It is estimated that more the 12 million vehicles a year reach the end of their useful life through age and another 5 million through accident damage. Approximately 75% of the combined weight of these junk cars are mode up of recyclable metals. That's nearly 13 million tons of metal alone every year, and that isn't the only material a junk vehicle contains that is recyclable. This is in addition to the millions upon millions of tons of derelict scrap metal in preexisting, junk cars abandoned in salvage yards across the country. By recycling this scrap metal we are making significant steps in reducing our dependency on foreign steel, saving us considerable sums of money, and protecting our environment. What We are Dealing With

  2. A typical vehicle is a carcinogenic holding tank of a variety of chemicals and fluids. When a car has reached the end of its useful life (ELV) and is left to sit and break down, these chemicals and materials slowly seep into the surrounding environment. Runoff carries these toxic materials into the ground, local bodies of water and eventually into our own water table. With 30% of our drinking water coming from these reservoirs and the rest being filtered from lakes and streams, the threat to the public health is considerable. Ground, air, and water pollution has been linked to the rise in cancer rates across the world, especially in nations where environmental standards are more relaxed. Coolants, oils, gasoline, disintegrating plastics and more are a threat to the public health worldwide if they are not properly handled for disposal or reuse. This threat extends beyond the human factor, endangering plant and animal life and fouling property for years after the junk vehicle has been swallowed by the ground. Its' All in the Numbers Fortunately, by following the proper procedures, much of this threat can be avoided. Approximately 85% or more of a junk vehicle can be readily reused. Steel is melted and recast into girders, other construction equipment and material, or even new cars. In fact, nearly all new steel in this country is made of 45% or more recycled material. Oil and coolants are cleaned and reused. Plastic and glass are recycled and batteries are stripped of salvageable parts. Tires are reused or recycled into a variety of forms and applications. Electronics, many of which contain rare earth elements, are salvaged and re-purposed. There is much to be saved by recycling junk vehicles, but materials salvage is only a part of the benefit. Recycling can save up to 75% of energy use and 40% of water consumption when compared to fabricating materials from scratch. In addition, it cuts air pollution by 85% and water pollution by a further 75% when compared to traditional production. This is all in addition to the creation of new jobs, reduced dependence from foreign suppliers, and a boost to the economy by utilizing these found, preexisting, materials.

  3. A Simple Process Trike Daddy Customs Expert tips provider. The process of junk vehicle recycling is fairly straightforward but involved. Great care is taken not to waste any of the material and, more importantly, to responsibly contain and dispose of the substances that cannot be recycled. When a junk car or truck reaches the end of its functional life and is recycled, the process begins at a licensed vehicle dismantler, such as a reputable junk or auto-wreaking yard. Here, the junk vehicle is stripped of any immediately reusable parts or fluids, many of which are utilized by the junk yard fleet itself in an effort to responsibly re-purpose every piece of the derelict vehicle.
