  3. Meet Roger My name is Roger Magalhaes and I was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil. In September of 2020, I founded Trading Up Consulting LLC. The goal of Trading Up Consulting is to offer installation training and business coaching to people already in the window treatment industry, as well as newcomers looking for an edge to succeed. All of this to assure you that I have enough experience in this industry to successfully show your installers my methods, proprietary techniques, ethics in the business, how to handle clients and issues.
