Currently, India is the top exporter of sugar, spices, buffalo meat, rice, etc. India is the largest producer of agriculture and different food items in the world. Introduction to the Indian Agriculture Sector For the Indian economy, the agriculture sector is the pillar of employment for many people. In India, the agriculture sector is expanding. The Green Revolution has completely changed the Indian agriculture industry. In India, more than 60% of people are involved in agriculture or in the farming industry. India exports more than 70% of its products, such as tea, nuts, coffee, etc., to other countries. The agriculture industry provides many items, such as cotton textiles, jute, and cotton. Many food industries are also dependent on agriculture. Which crops are cultivated in which season?
