However,manycriticismsandchallengesshouldbeconsideredinsocialmediause,particularlyinregardstoitsinformalityand irregularityinthepoliticalsystem. Thispaperpresentsacomprehensivediscussiononthedynamicsofsocialmediainpolitics,surroundingits applicationsinthepolicyprocess,critiquesofitsexistence,aswellasvariouschallengesthatmightbeencounteredinthefuture. Byadoptingthe termof'threedevelopmentstages'whichareintrapreneurship,orderfromchaos,andtheinstitutionalisationstage;andbyreviewingvarious researchesthathavebeendonebefore,thispaperarguesthatthe'institutionalisation'ofsocialmediabecomesthemainissueforthefutureof socialmediainpolitics.
