(1) Measure yourself
Two thirds of women are wearing the wrong size bra – don’t be one of them! Look for an online sizing guide, which will explain where to measure you and how these measurements match up to plus size bra sizes. Alternatively, ask to get measured in a store. (2) Think about your clothing
Most of us want a bra to improve our figure in a subtle way – we want people to notice us looking fabulous without seeing how we’re doing it. If you’re wearing dark colours then stick to a dark coloured bra, just in case. For day, a good underwired plus size bra should give you enough support as long as you’re wearing the correct size. An underwired bra will lift your bust so that everything fits you better – from t-shirts and blouses to jumpers and cardigans.
