Applications of AI Artificial Intelligence in Battling Against Covid-19

Application of AI brings about evolution by self-operating our day-to-day work. AI can take care of routine procedures. Thus, applying AI at work will decrease the workload, empower humans to upgrade their skills. Free from monotonous work, employees will be able to focus on the creative aspects of their jobs. Eventually, this combination of man and machine will make the world a better place. Employing AI capabilities for dangerous tasks will reduce the risk to human well-being and safety. With AI, we can minimize human error and predict better forecasts to save us from natural calamities.

  1. Application of AI Application of AI in Medicine and Healthcare The application of AI for clinical research and pandemic preparedness is two crucial areas for the next ten years. Both are crucial issues in healthcare; we must understand the status of AI in each of these areas and the effect that future technology could impact each. Application of AI for Clinical Trials Presently, various kinds of AI are used in various areas of medicine. There are two recognized and well-known examples, specifically Deep Learning and coevolutionary network processing. Deep learning is the term used to describe tasks like voice recognition, picture recognition, and natural language processing. The result is a computer that can read a person's handwriting or the words written on labels. Convolutional networks function by identifying patterns in databases that are large and then using this information to give an expert opinion on the condition or recommend treatment for a disease. The advances achieved in the Application of AI in this area are moving in a forward direction. It's likely that within the coming years, we'll be seeing AI being used in trials for clinical research as well as pandemic preparedness affecting each. If the research paper is published in a prestigious journal within its area, researchers across the globe are likely to replicate and use the research paper for their research. In essence, this implies that researchers need to be prepared to read previous papers that have been published using AI to make sure that the technology employed is appropriate for the particular field. Application of AI is used in Pandemic Preparedness Research: Similar to clinical research, researchers will need to study previously published papers using AI in a research paper to determine if the research method and findings are suitable. Reviewers should also examine any additional factors or steps that weren't considered when writing the paper (for example, safety

  2. issues are to be taken into consideration, and reviewers might be interested in determining if all methods are clearly described and step by step instructions are given). Reviewers will also be wary of research papers that don't provide clear and specific implications. In particular, it might be helpful to know how to perform the P&Z (plan and execute analysis, review, and assess) in case of a pandemic. It's essential to consider the factors that make an efficient P&Z. To do this, look at what factors make the news. While it is true that all news is not created identical, it is still likely to come to some generalizations from what appears to be occurring around the world. Threat. A new paper written by Yair Melkon utilizes Machine Learning techniques to create an approach to comparing various kinds of natural disasters, like hurricanes, floods, and earthquakes. They also compare pandemics and earthquakes. In the structure, researchers have identified the machine learning metrics that assess the severity of the outbreak in a particular area. Next, they create various maps of the outbreak based on the metrics to determine which regions are at risk. Based on these maps, researchers create an artificial intelligence model that considers the ethical issues of a possible disaster using an algorithm-driven AI. This process results in creating an AI agent that can effectively manage the ethical and consequences of a new pandemic. A similar workshop scheduled for the coming year in Dubai will also incorporate AI strategies for dealing with threats from a novel virus known as " coronavirus." The coronavirus virus has been identified as having the capacity to cause a large variety of human diseases. The use of AI for this instance is to study the effects of the disease on human health. It could also use it to apply statistical analysis to identify vulnerable populations. Another possible application could be in the field that concerns public health. Public health specialists will be seeking solutions to manage outbreaks that could lead to severe outbreaks effectively.

  3. Computers are therefore used to aid in such situations by making it easier to diagnose and efficient treatment. Apart from the application of AI in healthcare and medicine, AI-medicine is also being created to combat the threat of pandemics in the future. The biggest concern with any future outbreak is the ability of healthcare professionals to deliver quality healthcare while being infected. The solution might be to instruct AI healthcare professionals in safe methods to decrease the number of exposed people to an outbreak. They could also use AI to build security lines or barriers surrounding medical facilities to limit the chance of being exposed. In the end, AI in medicine and healthcare will provide new opportunities for healthcare professionals to provide better services to their communities. For more details visit- The Tech Journal
