  1. ECTN/ FERI FOR CONGO ECTN stands for Electronic Cargo Tracking Note, which is a mandatory requirement for shipments to the Republic of Congo. The ECTN certificate is used to track and monitor cargo entering the country and is aimed at enhancing trade efficiency, security, and transparency of trade operations. There are various service providers that offer ECTN certificate services for the Republic of Congo. One such provider is Trade Facilitation Portal for Africa (TFPA), which offers certificate validation within 24 to 48 hours. It is important to note that failure to present the ECTN certificate for shipments to the Republic of Congo can result in severe consequences and substantial fines.
