  2. Desi ghee in Ayurveda It symbolizes “purity”, “auspiciousness”, “nourishment” and “healing property”. Ghee was originated from a sanskrit word called Grita Ghee is good for vata, pitta and kapha dosha. In Ayurveda, grass fed organic ghee is considered as ‘amrita’ which means nectar.
