  4. CERTIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS: Upon successful completion of the blended course, participants will receive a Red Cross Standard First Aid and CPR certification. The certification is valid for 3 years, and a digital certificate will be issued upon passing the final assessment. Participants must pass a written exam with a minimum score of 75% and demonstrate practical proficiency in first aid techniques.
